The Wild and Wonderful Wellness Passport is a way to explore dozens of parks, trails, and organizations focused on providing opportunities for exercise or wellness.

How It Works
Three easy steps to start your wellness adventure
Pick Up Your Passport
Free at the Monongalia County Health Department or any participating partner location.
Collect Stamps
Visit parks, trails, and partner sites to stamp your book. Each location has a mounted lockbox with a custom self-inking stamp inside.
Earn Prizes
Turn in your completed passport at MCHD for a chance to win the grand prize: a weekend stay at the Cougar Cabin from Mountain Creek Cabins. Be sure to collect as many stamps as you can and submit your passport for your chance to win.

Anyone can win.
Turn in your passport to the Monongalia County Health Department at the end of the program to receive an exclusive pin. If you complete all 48 stamps, you will also earn a bigger prize. Watch social media for more details.
